Make room for beauty! Join us for a celebration of all things hand-made. This is a large show, with more than 650 of the top contemporary jewelry, clothing, furniture and home-decor artists from across the country. The "Monarch Standing" plique-a-jour butterfly was modeled at the show by jewelry student Courtney Klimowicz. This piece is in my Spring and Wings collection. TREASURES Jewelry Sale and Show, Penn Museum, Philadelphia, Oct. 26-28, 2012

TREASURES is organized by the Women’s Committee of the Penn Museum as part of its 75th Diamond Anniversary. More than two-dozen designers and dealers will exhibit jewelry during Penn’s Homecoming Weekend TREASURES begins with a preview gala on Thursday, Oct. 25 then runs Friday through Sunday, Oct. 28, coinciding with Penn’s Homecoming Weekend. EUREKA! Jewelry Fair at the Walters, Walters Museum, Baltimore, Nov. 4-6, 2011

EUREKA! is sponsored by the Walters Museum and its Women's Committee. In addition to exhibiting, I gave a gallery talk for Museum members about the the plique-à-jour technique. I presented both a historical perspective and a discussion of contemporary technique. The Walters has an especially wonderful enamel and plique-à-jour collection.
